One of The CURE Initiative’s main focuses is allowing students to be active members of the oncology field itself. Members will choose from a list of pertinent research topics, and dedicate a semester or longer to rigorous work on a singular research project in the field of oncology. Research projects will be lead by member leads and will culminate in either a tangible invention or a written research paper. Research projects will be funded by the The CURE Initiative, and will allow students an unparalleled opportunity to be self-led change makers in the field of medicine. A list of potential research projects will be uploaded to the CURE website by late January, 2025.
